30 days (and an hour) to glue a sign

A month ago we cut the pieces for the wagon wheel sign but we've been so busy with other things they gathered dust in the corner until today. I used the compressor to blow off all the dust and then set to work. A sturdy steel frame was first fabricated for inside and then the various layers were glued around it.

Now we'll begin the carving process and then the sculpting of the prairie dog that will be perched on top. It should take a lot less than a month to do the next stages. Hopefully. Stay tuned...
