It is always exciting to see a major piece get it's thick coat of fiberglass reinforced concrete and then it's final sculpt. What up to now has been a semi transparent frame suddenly becomes solid and in this case MASSIVE. The crew applied the mud, smoothed and sculpted it. My job was limited to spraying on the texture coat.

A bunch of new pieces are now welded and awaiting the application of the diamond lath. In a couple of days the crew will be busy sculpting the concrete on those. The shop is getting fuller by the minute.
