It was another landmark day as the very last of the concrete sculpting in the Hazelnut Inn was done today. The last piece was the newel post on the bottom of the staircase. It will be allowed to cure before we paint it and the balance of the other concrete we did in the last weeks. With the sculpted concrete behind us it is time for a thorough clean and then the crew will be on to the ceramic tile work in a serious fashion. Things are coming together quickly in the Copper Crown. It won’t be long until guests will be able to enjoy a true castle experience. Stay tuned…
