The Downey’s Farm signs measure almost 8 feet wide by four feet tall. Each face of the sign (4 in all) is routed from a 1 1/2” thick sheet of 25lb Precision Board HDU and takes about eight hours to route on our ShopSabre CNC router. I’ll keep the router going all weekend so we can begin assembling the sign faces next week. As soon as the signs are laminated over the welded steel structural frames, we can fit and weld on the brackets. Stay tuned…
