The vintage VW convertible armature is now complete. Matt and I made a great start on the tow truck chassis today. It doesn’t look like much like the concept as of yet but this solid foundation will make the rest of the cartoon truck much easier and quicker to fabricate. It’s at this stage we establish all of the proportions and character of the vehicle. The truck sports duel wheels in the rear and will have a 1940’s hand cranked style boom overflowing with fun detail. It’s going to be a very fun build! Stay tuned for more tomorrow…
