People often wonder how I get so dirty when I do my work. The answer is I concentrate solely on the work and not my clothes. The result is many ruined clothes but some very cool projects. The same is true for the rest of our crew. As we took our coffee break today I couldn’t help but notice how Alyssa and Tianna were as multicoloured as our recent projects.
First coat done
The first roof section of the NEB’s entry wall is coming along nicely. The painting crew have applied the first coat of paint and this week they will do the second along with a blend coat. It is looking pretty spiffy! Stay tuned for much more…
Dimensional sign graphic
A good sign doesn’t require a person actually to read it to understand the message. In this case, Lolo’s offers delicious handmade fudge. The ingredients are mixed in a bowl with a giant wooden spoon. I had some fun sculpting these two elements and fastening them to the top of the sign at a jaunty angle. Once we sculpt the fibreglass-reinforced concrete on the tree we’ll be ready for paint. Stay tuned…
