Peter is hard at work on the beginnings of the next feature for the Secret Garden Golf at Castle Fun Park. It is a giant dragon that will be perched on a tall tower. The welded steel structure was finished some time ago and approved by our engineer. Now it is time to flesh out the form using pencil rod, galvanized mesh and eventually sculpted fibreglass-reinforced concrete. Stay tuned as it comes together…
Ready to ship
Tomorrow is the delivery day for the signs and photo ops bound for Tave’s Family Farm. Today the crew finished welding the brackets and the last painting was completed. The little goat’s eyes got their sparkle to bring it to life. I look forward to seeing them in place.
Last touches of colour
Today we put the last touches to the Magical Garden sign. The Tave’s Family Farm had a great logo and wanted it incorporated into the sign as a dimensional piece. The apple graphics are hand painted to add a splash of colour. The little gnome on the top looks right at home! Tomorrow we’ll finish welding up the bracket to make it ready to deliver the day after that. Stay tuned…
