The Barrel Barn sign is also complete and ready to ship to Vala’s Pumpkin Patch & Apple Farm next week. Becke, as usual, did a masterful job of painting and glazing the sign. It is understated and every bit over the top!
Let there be light!
It isn’t often we light our signs internally but occasionally they just require it. Stocker’s Farm appeals to two very different groups. During the day they appeal to a young family crowd. The signs are a bright and cheery welcome to the guests. In the evening hours, the crowd changes as young adults flock to the farm to be frightened and entertained. That’s when the internal lights will shine - just as jack-o-lanterns do in the dark on Halloween.
Almost done!
The two Stocker signs are due to be loaded on the truck on Wednesday morning. The last thing to finish is the lettering. The colours on this sign are more varied and brighter than much of our work and I love how they came together! A couple more coats on the lettering and it will be ready to go!
