My card

Business cards aren't nearly as important as in years past these days but they are still good for that all important first impression. Through the years I've had quite the variety. I was cleaning off my desk this week and came across a dusty box of old cards. There were more I remember but these were saved for posterity. Seeing the old business cards once more brought back many great memories. It's been a great adventure so far.

Arm wrestling feature complete

All of the features for the NEB's Pub project is now on the way to Oshawa, Ontario. We loaded up the last of the pieces into the transport truck on Friday. I though it would be a good thing to post a picture of the finished arm wrestling photo op before we moved on to other things. The last time I posted it the sculpting was still underway.

Stuffing the trailer.

Today was shipping day for the last of the pieces for NEB's Crown and Pin Pub. The giant stills (halves) were carefully lifted with the forklift and one end was gently tucked into the large trailer.  The other end of the heavy piece was set on a large metal sawhorse which we built for just this purpose. We then detached the castor wheels so we could them slide them to the front of the trailer using our custom pushing rig that fit over the forklift forks. The whole process for the four large pieces and two smaller pallets took less than forty-five minutes. After signing the proper documents we sent the shipment down the road to our client.
