Change in direction

Peter and I were up very early this morning to catch a plane. Peter was heading back home but after a last minute change of plans I was headed much further south to do some consulting on the theme park project in Trinidad. It was dark when we landed in the Caribbean but pleasantly warm. It was good to be back once more! We went straight to our lodging for a good night's rest. I'm excited to go to the site first thing tomorrow and see first hand what has been accomplished in the two months since my last visit. We have a lot to accomplish in the next four days!

Eagle eye

Tonight Peter and I walked the downtown core of Salt Lake City admiring the wonderful architecture that abounded. There was a lot of inspiration to be found and I took a bunch of pictures to help us remember later. One piece of marble carving especially caught my eye. The eagle  was on a government building and acted as a railing for a porch. What I especially loved was how the fully formed head morphed into a stylized are nouveau style body and wing, A lot of other wonderful stone work caught our eye

Tanks a lot!

We got through the fish boat build in fine form and without difficulty today and amazingly still had time for a second project. So I led the charge on creating the routing files for a small tank I had designed around the same time as the little boat. The eager crew followed my marching orders in good form and we had the makings of a bunch of tanks in a short period of time. We had great fun!
