One of our smaller projects this year was a giant apple that the folks at Ramseyer mounted to a large target on the side of their barn. Inside, guests can use an airgun to fire real-sized apples at targets. The apple we crafted measures just under four feet across. It is made of hand-carved fibreglass-reinforced concrete and hangs on a custom-made steel bracket.
