It is our desire to make every guest’s stay in the Hazelnut Inn as special and unique as possible. Every single detail is attended to with care. The fridge is stocked with a variety of complementary beverages, and snacks are laid out for those who visit. Carefully selected soaps and shampoos, which are crafted locally, are at the ready, along with other toiletry items should they be needed. Local, handmade chocolates are set out for guests to savour. There is even a small container of fish food to feed the koi fish in each suite’s pond, which guests have really enjoyed. Out in the parking lot, the electric charging stations by each parking space are free for guests who arrive with an EV. As a special touch, guests are also presented with a limited edition print to commemorate their visit. Each of the three suites’ print is unique to that room. The first suite to open was the North Star, and the print we opened with is now running very low, which meant it was time to create a new piece for guests to take home. I completed the original artwork this morning. I’ll be sending this artwork to the printers along with the Copper Crown’s original art, which I completed a while back. When the latest limited edition prints are delivered in the next week or so, I’ll be busy signing and numbering them for our guests. The prints then get wrapped in a custom sleeve and sealed with an embossed gold seal.
