We’ve been planning and doing our research for months. Henry is finally old enough to go to Disneyland and remember it. Juniper, Henry, Hailey and Peter joined Janis & I on a trip to our favourite place. The kids have grown up watching us build all manner of creative endeavours and see this park with a very different eye than most. Henry is determined to figure out how they build and operate every attraction here. He asked that the first ride we rode would be Pirates of the Caribbean. As we rode through, he supplied the narration, teaching me all he had figured out. He understood a whole lot and had a keen eye for the details. Our first day was a wonderful success, and a good time was had by all. Tomorrow we’ll head back for more research. Stay tuned…
