This week is the time for our ‘annual’ brothers’ gathering. My younger brother Howard is from Campbell River, BC. My older brother Garry lives in Ontario. Last year we went back to our childhood home. We decided to travel to Ontario this year. Once Howard and I arrived by plane, we jumped into Garry’s truck; our first stop was at Downey’s Farm. The farm looked fabulous and was packed with guests. We took a couple of selfies and did a quick tour with the owners, and we discussed next year’s projects. Then we jumped back in the truck to begin our three-day adventure as brothers.
