Detailed ceilings are a whole lot of work, and when they are high, this is twice as true. It takes a lot of skill to apply the mud to the upside-down surfaces. To keep everyone safe and be as efficient as possible, we built a sturdy temporary floor on top of two scaffolds. Over the last while, the sculpting crew has been busy laying on the fibreglass-reinforced-concrete and carving in the detailed woodgrains and stone work. The sculpting on this level will be complete as of tomorrow. This room is going to be spectacular! Next week, the crew will switch to painting, and we are very excited to see the results! Stay tuned….
