Today it was time to head into the big city, something we generally avoid if at all possible. But the barrel and box feature needed to get to the galvanizers (Silver City) to get their shiny coat of zinc. The four small pieces were a good trial run at something we had never done previously and there was lots to learn. Sometime next week I'll make another journey into the city to pick the pieces up. The balance of the project pieces, which are much too big to fit on our trailers will make the journey on the back of two large commercial trucks.
