It is always exciting to put the last brush stroke on a project. Just as I did the client came through the door with his family to have another look at the sign. I suspect they are a little excited to have it installed , which means a lot to me. I love to see my work go where it will be appreciated. With the client’s help we opened the big door and pushed the sign out into the sunshine so they could get a better look at it from a distance more like it will be viewed on their property. The gold sparkled brightly in the daylight as only real gold does. Once out from the harsh unnatural glare of the shop lights the colors deepened and intensified as I knew they would.

The footing is now in place and waiting for the sign. The landscaping is all ready and everything will look great when the sign gets delivered in a couple of days.

The shop seems strangely empty now although another project has already taken its place. We’ll load it onto the flatbed trailer tomorrow... in readiness of the exciting installation on Friday. I’ll get to enjoy the sign for two more days as I enter and leave the shop. Then it will be out there to work hard for the new owner and hopefully us too.
