It is almost time to move the furniture into the Under Hill Suite of the Hazelnut Inn! The crew has a little more grout, and then the sealer is the only thing left to do. Janis and her crew are busy quilting the curtains, bedspread and accessories. While the pictures look cool, it is amazing to see the space in person. The open house is now only thirty-five days away…
Copper Crown tower interior sculpted
While we work to finish the UnderHill Suite in time for the open house on June 7th, we are also busy in the Copper Crown. The sculpting is now complete in the upper tower bedroom, and it looks amazing! Matt did the bulk of the artwork on this project thus far. Preliminary work is coming along quickly throughout this suite.
Load day!
For the second time in a week, it was time to back the big trucks down the driveway and load them up with features we’ve been working on for a long time. Today, two step-deck trailers were to be loaded, bound for NEB’s Fun World in Oshawa, Ontario. As always, we hired our good friend Greg of Wishlow Cranes to do the loading. Smooth and steady, the five giant pallets were quickly loaded and secured to the trailers with heavy straps. The ten sections of wall filled the trailers with inches to spare. We look forward to seeing pictures of the installed features soon!
