It’s not often I post a picture of the back of one of our signs but I’m exceptionally proud of this one. Chances are The back of the Clayburn Pet Hospital sign won’t be seen by many people on account of the location against a large hedge. But we do take pride in our work and we generally finish the backs of our projects with the same care we lavish on the front faces. At this point I’m sure you are wondering what the front of the sign looks like. I’ll post a picture of that tomorrow. :)
Castle tower
The tower of the Copper Crown Suite at the Hazelnut Inn is now blocked out in steel. It’s big! And this will be perched on top of the big tower roof with another cone roof on top of this! The top of the top tower will be almost 45 feet above the garden below!! It’s going to be very cool when it is all done!
Just hanging around
The carpenters are busy cutting and nailing the roof joists in place on the North Star suite of the Hazelnut Inn. Peter is doing his best to stay ahead of them, fabricating the decorative beam ends. To hold them securely in place he welded up some sturdy steel brackets. He bolted them in place and decided to give them a test. They held just fine!
