Polishing the silver...

The big celebration of Becke and Grant's wedding is now less than two weeks away. Since the celebration is to be held in our backyard the preparations have begin in earnest. We finished some needed fencing, laid a bunch of new turf and did the annual planting of the gardens in the appropriate wedding colours of course. In the coming days we'll put up a little missing trim on the house and give everything a wash with the pressure washer.  It looks like the weather is going to cooperate and we are looking forward to a fun and joyous celebration!

My card

Business cards aren't nearly as important as in years past these days but they are still good for that all important first impression. Through the years I've had quite the variety. I was cleaning off my desk this week and came across a dusty box of old cards. There were more I remember but these were saved for posterity. Seeing the old business cards once more brought back many great memories. It's been a great adventure so far.

Arm wrestling feature complete

All of the features for the NEB's Pub project is now on the way to Oshawa, Ontario. We loaded up the last of the pieces into the transport truck on Friday. I though it would be a good thing to post a picture of the finished arm wrestling photo op before we moved on to other things. The last time I posted it the sculpting was still underway.
