Inside each of the features we build is a sturdy welded steel structural frame. In our larger features the frames are designed to come apart for transport. Each has a sturdy lift point or two to allow it to be safely lifted into place. The feature currently under construction is a tall one, three layers in all when it is done.
Tipsy
I'm starting to get my feet back under me at last, after our long journey from Trinidad. I spent some time in the shop and did a little fabricating on various projects. The One Track wheelbarrow bucket is now welded into place along with the heavy duty hydraulic cylinder, leaving only the hood assembly and handlebars to go. It is looking pretty cool!
Angle of interest
The signs of Skallywag Bay are the most varied and fun we've done to date. Collectively, they are among our very best to date. One of the things that is distinctive in our signs is the fact that it is 'pretty' no matter the angle of viewing. This includes he back side. Our signs are interesting and fun to look at no matter how close or far away you might be as well.
