Things are going well in Trinidad at Skallywag Bay Adventure Park. We are getting in lots of practice between the all too frequent downpours of this week. We finished this wall lettering three times, only to be followed by a sudden downpour. It would take off some of what we did and run it down the wall each time. We'd paint it again and have time to stand back and admire it before another storm raced over the mountain and drench us once more. The third time we got lucky and the rain held off long enough for the paint to dry thoroughly. The brightly coloured lettering is about six feet tall.
Skallywag Bay drone footage
The work at Skallywag Bay Adventure Park in Trinidad continues daily. A couple of weeks ago some drone footage was captured that shows the park well. Much work has been done since these shots were taken but I thought I would show them today to give viewers a good idea of the layout of the park. We've had many requests. It is going to be very beautiful once all the landscaping is in place!
Soaking up some sun!
Our first day in the Skallywag Bay Adventure Park went well. The skies were a little grey but it helped us get acclimatized as we recovered from the wintery weather we left behind at home. This is the last working trip for this project as we touch up the many pieces we built in our shop so long ago. The park is looking great as the final construction is done and the landscaping is underway. At the end of the day the Trinidad crew was making some adjustments to the climbing wall and Jenessa couldn't resist giving it a try. Her review... 'IT'S HIGH!' Stay tuned for lots more pictures in the next few days...
