Our first day in the Skallywag Bay Adventure Park went well. The skies were a little grey but it helped us get acclimatized as we recovered from the wintery weather we left behind at home. This is the last working trip for this project as we touch up the many pieces we built in our shop so long ago. The park is looking great as the final construction is done and the landscaping is underway. At the end of the day the Trinidad crew was making some adjustments to the climbing wall and Jenessa couldn't resist giving it a try. Her review... 'IT'S HIGH!' Stay tuned for lots more pictures in the next few days...
Trinidad visit!
We were off exceptionally early (3:00 am) to head to the airport for the last working trip in Trinidad. Becke and Jenessa are along to help out and Phoebe too. We did two long flights and arrived at midnight. Tomorrow morning we head to Skallywag Adventure Park to see the progress since my last visit. The weather is definitely tropical and we are ready for action!
Framed
I had limited time in the shop today but managed to design and weld the pieces of the frame onto the One Track wheelbarrow. With each assembly the feature changes in a hurry. We've decided to build the entire piece in metal rather than use a variety of materials. In the foreground of the picture are the plasma cut pieces for the tipping bucket. That leaves only the hood and motor assembly to complete. Stay tuned...
