Seven of eighteen

It was a busy day in the sunshine at Skallywag Bay in Trinidad. We finished the groundwork and placed the features for seven of the adventure golf holes. Tomorrow, the crews begin the formwork. It is looking very much more like an adventure golf every day. Tomorrow the work continues as we count down the final days of construction. It's exciting!

Top of the Mountain to You!

The mud has begun! Today we mudded the very first section of the Cloud Buster Mine. We started with the upper most section (of course).

Mountain Slice

With Grant mixing concrete out on the cold half of the rest of the crew worked hard to apply the mud to the mountain and by 2:30 we had covered all the steel and wire. The rest of the crew began carving rock at 12:30 and we finished everything with 15 minutes to spare and the end of the day (we diligently wired the next section of mountain in celebration!). All in all, it was a goodly day.

Booth 980 at IAAPA!

I was up extra early this morning to head to the airport. My ultimate destination is the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions EXPO in Orlando in a few days with a side trip to Trinidad first to check on the progress on the project. Peter, Becke and Hailey will finish the week at home before jumping on a plane to meet me in Orlando. We are all excited to be showcase our company once more at the giant of all theme park trade shows. We welcome those attending to visit us in booth 980. See you at IAAPA!
