This past week Becke's been very busy painting the Mechanical Circus Train and is now down to the small details. The train cars turned out very colourful and exciting!
It's the little things
Dayna's tree will have a number of hidden surprises for those who take the time to see. Today I sculpted the little Fairy door which is nestled between the roots of the tree. I also finished welding the armature for the upper branches. Next week we'll finish applying the galvanized mesh and then it will be time to do some sculpting.
Front fenders on
I'm having a blast working on the little rail truck in my spare hours. The front fenders are now welded securely into place. As it comes together I continually think of new ideas to make it even better. The cutting files are created for the pickup box which will be the next phase of the project. I love having the MultiCam plasma cutter handy to cut brackets at will. There's no end to the fun!
