IAAPA Attractions Expo

The IAAPA Attractions Expo is now less than a week away and we are excitedly finishing our final preparations. Up in the office we are putting the finishing touches on our 'brag books' and presentations. Meanwhile, the shop is full of NEB's archways waiting to be painted - Jenessa and the rest of the crew will work their magic while we are away in Florida.

We are looking forward to meeting lots of our online friends in person - many for the first time. So if you happen to be in Florida for the show next week make a point of stopping in to see us - we will be happy to give you the 'nickel tour' of the Imagination Corporation.

Flutterbye

Our client presented us with a family ride that resembled butterflies flying in a circle. The riders are able to control the up and down motion by pushing and pulling on the bar. The wing on top tilts in the direction of the travel. Remembering how kids tend to call them flutterbyes we thought it the perfect name for the ride. In keeping with our mechanical bug theme we perched a giant robotic butterfly on the top of a giant tree. The hollow tree on which the butterfly rests will double as the ride operator's booth. Generous landscaping will of course be a large part of the picture.
