Halloween is pretty low key at the shop and house but we always welcome the grand kids when they show up in costume. Juniper stole the show today dressed up as BOO (from the Pixar movie Monsters Inc) She wasn't looking for candy this year but instead was more than happy to play with with one of grampa's shiny wrenches. Happy Halloween!
Theme work - by the numbers
The studio library is full of stacked up pieces which are finished but awaiting to be attached to larger assemblies for the NEB's bowling alley project. The number plates were carefully and skillfully painted to look like weathered copper. The scale of this project quickly becomes apparent as I looked over the numbers (this is only half of them). The assembled arches will cover fifty-two lanes and stretch almost four hundred feet. That's a whole lot of theme work!
Sign painting progress
Becke and Janessa are making great progress on NEB's pub signs between other projects.
