It isn't often we do projects for homeowners but on occasion it does happen. About five years ago we were asked to build a sunshine gate for a private client. Other than incorporating a sun they left it up to me to design and build. We opted to sculpt the sun face in three dimensions with the rays cut from flat steel sheet. It was allowed to acquire a rust patina over time.

The guests who ride the new coaster up at Cultus Lake Adventure Park will be treated to a wonderful view. We climbed to the top of the roller coaster escape walkway to get a sneak preview of what the riders will enjoy. It's going to be pretty amazing!
Gate topper
The last large piece to be done in our shop for Skallywag Bay Adventure Park is the top beam for the gate. Yesterday, it was all hands on deck for the sculpting of this giant timber along with the Skallywag's head and the tangled vines on each end. It turned out pretty cool!
