Many choices

Every project we do comes with a struggle, especially in the design phase. Ideas are always in abundant supply but these ideas need to be balanced against many other factors, especially the ultimate cost to build the project. Time always plays a factor as well. It has to make sense when the dust settles. A current project is a real head scratcher. In this case, as an added challenge the footprint and style of the building was settled before we entered the picture making our role largely be cosmetic. There have been many versions of the concept design thus far (I only show a few below) and it will be interesting to see where we end up.
